Initial Consult
Before we begin, we hop on a virtual discovery call. This helps us identify your needs and vision. We can also evaluate a general cost of your overall project.

Our expertise incorporates the perfect combination of landscape appeal and functionality of design, horticulture, and outdoor space custom built features.
Onsite Visit
During the onsite visit, we conduct a thorough evaluation of your yard. We take all the necessary measurements with multiple measuring tools. Unlike online designing, we make sure to walk your space so that we do not miss any details. We know that enhancing your landscape is an investment; one that can increase the value of your property anywhere between five to fifteen percent. This allows you to put money back in your pocket. A good design is the road map for achieving desired results and brings value to your project by reducing misunderstandings, expediting the construction process, increasing efficiency, and most importantly, saving you unnecessary waste in materials and money.
Design Process
Pacific Breeze Landscape utilizes a modern software that can render quality images of what your yard will potentially look like before its built. Our design process also includes presentations and 2-D conceptual drawings for submissions to HOA or your city. Essentially, the design is the communication between our clients and us.
Estimate, Engineering & Permits
After the completion of your construction documents, we have the ability to put together an accurate quote drawings, at which point we can get started on your engineering and permits. Once the engineering and your permits are approved, we move on to the construction phase.
